Jennifer Aniston has the body of a woman half her age and she shows why in a new workout video.

The Friends alum – who turned 55 earlier this month – shook off her case of the Mondays with her Pvolve workout routine.

Jennifer took her fans through a few quick clips of her sweat session and ended the video with her collapsing at the end of her pushups.

‘If you’re having one of THOSE Mondays, I FEEL YOU! Just gotta do it!! ❤️ @pvolve,’ she captioned the video.

The Picture Perfect star wore a black tank top and grey leggings for her barefoot workout which saw her balancing on one leg on a slanted board.

Jennifer entered into a partnership with the New York City-based exercise method in August 2023.

According to its website, ‘Pvolve is a science-led method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment to deliver results beyond a traditional workout.’

Aniston partnered up with Pvolve’s founder Rachel Katzman in 2021, and began incorporating the low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment into her routine after hurting her back.

After spending years ‘breaking her body,’ Aniston finally found Pvolve. ‘With this program, you can start gentle,’ the star explained. ‘You can restore your body.’

She said it is an innovative method that she ‘instantly fell in love with.’

‘So proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come,’ Jennifer said.

Through low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment, Pvolve users achieve not only aesthetic results, mobility, and stability but also feel more confident and energized, she has said.

As an authentic fan, she joined Pvolve to bring awareness to the method that’s transformed her idea of fitness, the press release stated at the time.’

As we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies,’ she told People in August.

‘If I had known about it 20 years ago when I was breaking my body to begin with, we would’ve saved so much pain.’

‘I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good,’ the actress added.

She also shared that she likes how the program is different. ‘Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain. It has to be an hour of a workout. You have to work out three times a day. With this, you can start gentle.’

‘I sweat. I sculpt. I bend. But I don’t break,’ Aniston said in her ad campaign for the brand. ‘How liberating.’
