The letter further stated that the former RTÉ Director General is still unfit or able to undertake or be involved in any processes.
Additionally, this information was revealed following the committee’s request for Ms Forbes to testify via video link or through a written statement last month.
Ms Forbes stepped down from her role in June last year. This happened when it came to light that Ryan Tubridy’s salary was underreported by €345,000.
