LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – With donations still coming in, organizers of last week’s star-studded FireAid benefit concert believe the event will raise more than $100 million for Los Angeles wildfire recovery.

The concert, which spanned two stages at Intuit Dome and Kia Forum, brought together more than 50 million viewers across 28 streaming platforms, including KTLA+, last Thursday.

Performers included Billie Eilish, Green Day, No Doubt, Olivia Rodrigo, Sting, Stevie Wonder, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Nicks, Earth, Wind & Fire, John Mayer and more than a dozen other top acts.

The $100 million estimate includes donations, ticket sales, sponsorships, merchandise, private gifts and matching donations.

“FireAid funds will support the Los Angeles-region’s immediate needs and long-term recovery from the recent wildfires made possible through the overwhelming generosity of those throughout Southern California and around the world,” Intuit Dome’s media relations team said on Tuesday.

In early January, the Palisades Fire and Eaton Fire destroyed more than 10,000 homes in Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Altadena and Pasadena and claimed at least 29 lives.

The first round of FireAid grants should be awarded by mid-February, organizers said. Tap here to donate.
