Where there’s a Willis, there’s a way.

Bill Murray remembers a time when fellow actor Bruce Willis had a challenging task on “Saturday Night Live” before he became a Hollywood icon. Murray described the experience as “insane.”

During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” Monday, Murray recalled a time when the “Die Hard” actor worked behind the scenes of the NBC sketch comedy series.

“Bruce Willis was a page at NBC when I was on ‘Saturday Night Live.’ This sounds like insane s–t, [but] his job was to come and go to the dressing rooms and refill the M&Ms and pretzels in the actors’ rooms,” Murray said of Willis’ humble beginnings.

“I remember when I met him after he was already a successful guy, he said you and Gilda [Radner] were nice to me,” the “Ghostbusters” star told host Andy Cohen.

After landing his big break in Hollywood, Willis went on to host “SNL” in 1989 and 2013.

During a “Plead the Fifth” segment on the show, Murray was asked to list some of Wes Anderson’s films from most to least favorite, given his longtime collaboration with the director.

“Well, ‘Grand Budapest Hotel’ was really all the professional, technical aspects of it– really incredible,” said Murray, who has appeared in a total of nine Wes Anderson films.

“For me, ‘Life Aquatic’ [with Steve Zissou] was the most challenging, hard job that I ever had. It almost cost me my life and my personal life.”

“‘Moonrise Kingdom’ was a really beautiful, lovely film. And I got to work with and have a wonderful time with [him],” the comedian gushed, appearing visibly emotional.

Murray, 74, starred alongside Willis, 70, in the 2012 film.

“Bruce Willis is a good guy, a good f–king guy. He was a good friend,” Murray added.

The actor’s kind words about the “Pulp Fiction” actor come nearly two weeks after he celebrated his 70th birthday.

On March 19, his daughter Rumer Willis gave fans a welcome update on her father’s health following his diagnoses with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia.

During an impromptu Q&A with fans on social media, Rumer, 36, opened up about her father’s ongoing bout with frontotemporal dementia.

In an Instagram Story, the “House Bunny” alum was asked how her famous dad is doing, to which she responded, “He’s doing great, thank you for asking.”

“It is actually his 70th birthday tomorrow so please wish my papa a big happy birthday,” she said on Tuesday.

The Emmy winner shares three daughters — Rumer, Talluleh and Scout Willis — with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, to whom he was married from 1987 to 2000.

He and his current wife, Emma Heming, also share two daughters: Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10.
