International DJ sensation Paul Fisher is making waves in a new arena: real estate development.

The Gold Coast native is spearheading the construction of “Pescado”, a luxury high-rise apartment complex in Palm Beach, with prices starting at $5.25 million.

“For me, it’s super special,” Fisher said.

“I grew up in Palm Beach and Jefferson Lane was my place.

“I used to ride my bike up and down, surf from Nineteenth down to Second Ave, and I just love it here.”

The name Pescado, meaning “fish” in Spanish, holds personal significance for Fisher.

“Everyone calls me Pescado,” he said, referencing his time living in Ibiza.

“We thought we’d bring that back to Palm Beach.”

The development boasts six full-floor luxury apartments and a two-storey penthouse, with the top spot already claimed by Fisher himself.

“We’re gonna take the top one because it’s our dream home,” he said.

“We just want six other lucky people to come join us.”

Each apartment features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with access to a resort-style pool, cold plunge, and gym.

Chloe Fisher, Paul’s wife, is leading the interior design, drawing inspiration from their travels.

“We’ve been very lucky to experience some extremely beautiful hotels and AirBnbs and resorts,” she said.

“We’ve kind of just handpicked our favorite parts from our travels.”

The development has garnered attention for its high-end design and prime location.

Jayde Pezet, Managing Director of Pezet Matheson, describes the architecture as “out of this world,” praising the “considered facade and internal finishes”.

Several apartments have already sold.
