HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. () — The RBC Heritage has had the same title sponsor since 2012, but could that change next year?

The 2025 RBC Heritage looks to be another big success with almost all of the tickets sold for the weekend and 72 of the best golfers in the world on Hilton Head Island. Yet, the sponsorship for next year looms over the tournament.

The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and Boeing have become a powerful partnership for the tournament, providing money for prizes and helping make the Heritage a designated tournament, which means more of the top golfers will come to HHI to play.

caught up with Tournament Director Steve Wilmot.

“We continue to work on the future,” Wilmot said. “You know, they’re all in this year. We’ve got great communication here. We’ve kind of talked back and forth on a few of the business side of things, maybe outside of the golf. But they love it here. They love this community. They love the foundation; they love the Heritage Foundation. What we do in charity, giving back and how they’re welcome down here.”

RBC has been the sponsor of the tournament for over a decade.
