DENVER (KDVR) In a remarkable real estate feat, one of the nation’s most expansive ski-in, ski-out residences located in Bachelor Gulch set a new sales benchmark at the start of October.

Initially listed in August, this opulent property on Horizon Drive was sold by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty for a staggering $24.9 million. This sale shattered the previous record for the area, which stood at $19 million.
