In a startling development, hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs finds himself under scrutiny once more as a new sexual battery accusation surfaces, prompting an investigation by California authorities.

Currently serving a four-year sentence in New Jersey for prostitution-related offenses, Combs is now facing allegations from a male music producer and publicist based in Florida. The accuser, who remains unnamed, alleges that the incident occurred during a photoshoot at a Los Angeles warehouse in 2020.

During this encounter, the producer claims that Combs engaged in inappropriate behavior, reportedly beginning to masturbate under a shirt while watching pornography. The situation escalated when Combs allegedly exposed himself and instructed the producer to assist him, according to details from a police report obtained by NBC.

He claims that at the shoot, Combs began masturbating beneath a shirt while watching pornography.

Combs then exposed himself and told the producer to assist him, according to the producer’s police report seen by NBC

The producer said he did not respond to Combs, who continued with his lewd act before throwing the shirt at him, according to the legal document.

He said he did not tell police about the incident for five years due to embarrassment, until he came forward in Largo, Florida, this September.

The LA County Sheriff´s Department said it received an official copy of the report from the Florida department on Friday, and will be investigating the allegations.

The police report also details another traumatic alleged incident involving Combs.

According to the producer, in March 2021, while he was at a Santa Monica property on a work trip, two men grabbed him and threw something over his head.

He said he was taken to a room where Combs berated him and called him a snitch, according to the police report.

‘Special Victims Bureau will be investigating the allegations,’ the LA sheriff’s department said.

Combs’ civil attorney Jonathan Davis dismissed the latest allegation in a statement to NBC.

‘As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus,’ he said.

Combs, 56, was convicted in July of flying his girlfriends and male sex workers around the country to engage in drug-fueled sexual encounters over several years.

However, he was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have put him behind bars for life.

He is set to be released in May 2028, though he can earn reductions in his time behind bars through his participation in substance abuse treatment and other prison programs.

Last week, a shocking new mugshot of Combs emerged, showing him sporting gray hair and a scraggly beard while wearing a maroon prison sweater.

It is a far cry from the polished look Diddy was known for during the height of his fame, when he was regularly pictured in designer suits and sunglasses.

The I’ll Be Missing You singer was transferred from Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Dix in New Jersey on October 30.

There, his publicist Juda Engelmayer insisted to NBC News, her client is committed to sobriety, healing and trying to set an example for others.

He has secured a coveted job at the prison chapel and is enrolled in a drug rehabilitation program that could see his sentence reduced by a year.

Combs has even reportedly started up his own class to teach other inmates how to be entrepreneurs at the low-security prison, located about 40 miles outside of Philadelphia.

‘His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities,’ his spokesperson said, ‘and he is taking them seriously.’
