Karoline Leavitt's Breakdown Of Her 'Unusual' Marriage Is Full Of Glaringly Obvious Red Flags

In an interview, Devine asked Karoline Leavitt about her husband, Nicholas Riccio, highlighting the fact that he is 32 years her senior. Leavitt, who is 28, acknowledged the age difference and explained that she found it difficult to meet mature men her age. For her, being with an older partner is beneficial as Riccio has already established his career, allowing him to support her professional endeavors. While this dynamic may seem ideal, skeptics quickly noted that Riccio’s success in real estate affords them a luxurious lifestyle that a younger partner might not be able to provide.

“Tell us about your husband,” Devine prods, continuing, ” … and also the fact he’s, I think, 32 years older than you, which is unusual.” For her part, Leavitt agrees while asserting that finding mature men her age was a struggle, which considering she’s 28 feels somewhat fair of her to say. She then dished that getting to be with a much older man works for her because, “he’s built his career, and so he’s in a place where he can support me in mine.” While this sounds lovely on paper, many were quick to point out that Riccio’s real estate business allows for him and Leavitt to live the luxe life, something Leavitt might not have access to should she be married to a younger man.

Commenters note Nicholas Riccio and Karoline Leavitt enjoy a rich life

No matter how hard Karoline Leavitt tries to defend her relationship with the much older Nicholas Riccio, she’s beginning to show signs of cracking. There’s evidence that Leavitt is getting annoyed at the constant jokes about Riccio, but that hasn’t stopped people from rushing to the comment section to bring up why many believe she’s really with him.

One user on X summed it up succinctly with, “Translation: Sugar daddy.” Another wrote, “No idea who her very senior husband is, but if he has money, there you go.” A separate commenter took issue with Leavitt’s inability to find an age appropriate suitor by pointing out that perhaps Leavitt, “‘Couldn’t find boys her own age?’ … because boys her own age don’t usually come with a portfolio, a pension, and a power connection.”

As for the possible connections Riccio might have made for Leavitt, there’s a chance even that might backfire on the couple. There’s been telltale signs that Riccio might not be the most important man in Leavitt’s life, with her low key obsession with Donald Trump taking center stage in recent months. Of course, Leavitt has often reminded the public that Riccio is a private person who prefers to avoid the limelight, though that doesn’t seem to have kept the public from raising a collective eyebrow at the duo.
