Season 20 of The Real Housewives of Orange County is slated to begin filming in February, and Shannon Beador has shared some inside details. According to Beador, aside from Vicki Gunvalson, none of the other cast members have been informed about who will return for the upcoming season. Additionally, she shared snapshots from her New Year’s Eve celebration, which included several of her co-stars.

During BravoCon 2025, it was revealed that Vicki Gunvalson would make her comeback as a full-time housewife in the 20th season of RHOC. She also disclosed that filming would kick off soon and announced her participation in The Real Housewives Ultimate Road Trip, set to premiere in 2026.

During an appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Shannon addressed speculation surrounding Heather Dubrow’s potential exit from the show. When asked if Dubrow would not be returning for season 20, Shannon replied, “Not that I know of. Honestly, we haven’t been informed yet about who will be back next season.” One of the show’s co-hosts inquired whether the cast usually receives casting information by this time before filming starts.

Shannon was recently on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live when he brought up the rumor that Heather Dubrow would not be returning for season 20 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, asking Shannon if it was true.

She responded, “Not that I know of. I mean, to be honest with you, we haven’t heard yet who’s coming back next season.” One of the show’s cohosts asked Shannon if they usually know about casting by this time ahead of filming. 

She said, “Last year we found out prior to Christmas, but I think there have been some years — we typically film the beginning of February, and there have been some years where we found out right beforehand.”

In other Shannon news, she celebrated the new year with two of her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars: Gretchen Rossi and Jennifer Pedranti. 

She posted photos of them with the caption, “Happy New Year!!! 🎊❤️ 2026 is going to rock!!! 🎉🎉🎉 So grateful for my close circle 🥰 2025 would not have been as amazing without each person in it! Positive vibes in the coming year!!! 🙌😍”

There were many reactions to the festive New Year’s Eve celebration photos. One person said, “Best trio ever.” Someone else wrote, “SHANNON STORMS BEADOR! I love you.”

However, in opposition, a different RHOC fan wrote, “Shannon nooooo.” Another person added, “Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy is Gretchen part of this equation.”
