After a turbulent three-year journey, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have finally resolved their legal dispute concerning the sale of their co-owned property.
Page Six has learned exclusively that the former couple has reached an accord, with Madix submitting a notice of settlement at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.
The document indicates that the resolution is “conditional,” dependent on fulfilling specific conditions within a 30-day timeframe following the settlement.
A follow-up meeting is scheduled for February 5 to review the agreement’s status. If Sandoval fails to meet the terms, the matter is set to proceed to trial on February 17.
Earlier this year, in January 2024, Madix, now 40, initiated legal action against Sandoval, 42, to enforce the sale of their residence in LA’s Valley Village, located within the San Fernando Valley.
At the time, she requested “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale” of the the property, which the “Vanderpump Rules” alums bought in February 2019 for $2 million.
However, they broke up in March 2023 following a decade of dating after his months-long affair with their then-co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss was exposed.
Madix and Sandoval continued to live together in the Valley Village house, avoiding each other as much as possible, for two months after the split.
The “Love Island USA” host — who met her current boyfriend, Daniel Wai, shortly after her breakup from the bartender-turned-owner — finally moved out in May 2023.
The following May, she purchased a new pad in Hollywood Hills for $1.6 million.
Madix and Wai, who lives in New York City, maintain a long-distance relationship.
Meanwhile, Sandoval has been dating his current girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, since January 2024.
