Young Lawyer Reports Alleged Spiritual Attacks, Urges Colleagues to Stay Out

A prominent Nigerian lawyer has ignited a lively debate on social media by highlighting a concerning trend: the alleged use of spiritual attacks against legal professionals involved in court cases.

In a widely shared post, the lawyer vented her frustration about individuals who, she claims, resort to spiritual means to target lawyers simply for doing their job and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Lawyer Reacts to Spiritual Allegations

She urged that once a matter reaches the courtroom, all parties involved should trust and follow the judicial process to its conclusion.

Emphasizing the role of lawyers, she clarified that they are merely professionals tasked with defending their clients and should not become entangled in personal or spiritual conflicts.

“Leave the Lawyer Out of It”

The lawyer further noted that attorneys are not the originators of the disputes; they are engaged and compensated to provide legal advocacy and representation.

She urged those involved in court matters to separate personal grievances from professional duties and stop targeting lawyers.

Sharing her frustration, he said:

“If you have a problem with someone and the case is already in court, and you still want to report the matter to your juju, pls leave the lawyer out of it. Stop attacking the lawyer spiritually, attack your opponent only I mean the person that you are having problem with in court. He is the one paying the lawyer. If he is not paying the lawyer, the lawyer will not be there. Why are you attacking lawyers spiritually? Please now.”

His post has since generated mixed reactions online.
