In Greene County, Tennessee, a caregiver employed by Support Solutions in Greeneville faces serious charges following accusations of abuse and neglect toward a vulnerable adult. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) disclosed that the incident had led to the caregiver’s arrest.

The investigation was prompted by a referral from Adult Protective Services, which brought the matter to the attention of the TBI’s Medicaid Fraud Control Division in collaboration with the Greeneville Police Department. This joint effort sought to unearth the circumstances surrounding the alleged mistreatment of a resident at a group home managed by Support Solutions.
