OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – Sheriff Chris Blackmon of Osceola County is scheduled to hold a media briefing on Wednesday, where he will disclose the arrests of a couple allegedly running multiple unlicensed assisted living homes.

These arrests are the result of an extensive yearlong investigation by a detective from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, initiated after a concerning 911 call prompted further scrutiny.
