Deiondra Sanders is speaking out publicly against Jacquees, saying she was blocked from talking to their 2-year-old son, Snow, while the child was with his father and Jacquees’ family.
Sanders took to Instagram Stories over the weekend, posting a string of messages and screenshots that appeared to show her efforts to reach Snow. According to Sanders, the situation became even more painful when Snow began crying during one call and the conversation was cut short.
“I just wanna talk to my son,” she wrote in one post. “Then I get cursed out because I want to. Then Snow gets yelled at because he cries and he misses his mom.”
In the posts, Sanders said she had been trying for days to get in touch with her son. She also asked that Snow’s iPad be kept charged so she could contact him directly and maintain communication while he was away from her.
“Please have Snow call me. And please keep his iPad charged so I can speak to him,” Sanders wrote in one of the messages she shared.
The mom of one later made it clear that her issue was not with Snow spending time with Jacquees, but with being unable to reach him while he was away from her.
“Y’all can say what y’all want about me, but I’m a MOM. If you’re not spending time with our child on your time, keep him home with me,” Sanders wrote. “I need to know where my child is, who he’s with if he isn’t with you the whole time, and speak to him every day.”

She added that she and Snow are “very attached,” especially after “what happened last time,” though she did not explain what she was referring to.
At one point, Jacquees showed Snow during an Instagram Live, but Sanders said seeing her son on camera was not the same as being able to speak with him herself.
“Thank you for showing me our son on live,” she wrote. “Its still not the same as me talking to him personally.”
The disagreement is the latest public dispute between the former couple over co-parenting. Earlier this year, Sanders denied claims that she had prevented Jacquees from seeing Snow, saying she had “never stopped” him from being involved in their son’s life. Jacquees later pushed back on her account.
The tension has even drawn the attention of Sanders’ father, Deion Sanders. In May, Coach Prime urged his daughter to keep the family’s personal disputes off social media after another disagreement involving Jacquees landed online.
Deiondra and Jacquees welcomed Snow in August 2024 and have been navigating co-parenting since their split.
