Influencer Santos Salazar has been arrested once more, coming less than a month after prosecutors declined to pursue an attempted murder case against him.
Salazar was arrested on Catalina Island on Sept. 9 in connection with a domestic battery allegation, TMZ reported.
His attorney, Nicholas Rosenberg, told Oxygen that Salazar maintains his innocence.
“My client looks forward to vindicating his innocence in a court of law,” Rosenberg said. “He was booked on a misdemeanor with $20,000 bail and has been released.”
Jail records reviewed by Oxygen show that Salazar was booked at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Avalon Station at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Sept. 9.
Hours earlier, model Brianna Olsen, who shares 2-month-old son Sunday with Salazar, appeared on a Kick livestream during an apparent argument between the pair. In footage obtained by TMZ, Olsen accused Salazar of being intoxicated while he was allegedly heard off camera saying, “You’re going to lose everything.”
Oxygen contacted police seeking additional information about the Catalina Island arrest but did not receive an immediate response.

The new arrest follows Salazar’s Aug. 13 arrest on an attempted murder allegation.
An LAPD spokesperson previously characterized that matter to Oxygen as a “domestic violence investigation.”

Salazar was ultimately released after the district attorney’s office chose not to file charges in that case.
Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Communications Chief Venusse D. Dunn told Oxygen that “the case was referred back to law enforcement for further investigation.”
Olsen told TMZ at the time that the couple was hoping to keep the details of the incident private.
“We think the charge is too harsh for the situation,” she added. “I think when everyone hears like what actually happened, like, they wouldn’t agree that it would be attempted murder.”
She later called it all a “big misunderstanding.”
“He’s being accused of something he didn’t do,” she told TMZ in another interview. “So, that’s always hard to deal with.”
After his release from jail in August, Salazar expressed his gratitude.
“I am feeling very blessed and grateful to be with my family again,” Salazar said in a TikTok video filmed alongside his attorney. “I want to thank you for your service, what you have done for us and our family. Again, I feel like this opportunity to be out here in this free world, I’m going to take it very serious.”
