Gainesville Man Faces Indecent Exposure Charge After Apartment Breezeway Incident

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Harry Lewis Sisco, 75, was arrested yesterday after he allegedly exposed himself in an open breezeway at Forest View Apartments.

According to a Gainesville Police Department report, a resident contacted police after her doorbell camera captured an unknown adult Black man and an adult woman allegedly engaging in sexual activity in the breezeway of her apartment building at Forest View Apartments, located at 1000 SW 62nd Blvd. The incident reportedly occurred around 2:15 p.m. on October 29.

The officer reviewed the footage and saw a man later identified as Sisco standing with a woman in the apartment complex’s open breezeway. Sisco allegedly exposed his genitals while the woman touched him, lifted her gown and rubbed against him. When the recording ended, the woman was reportedly still touching Sisco’s genitals.

The officer noted that the breezeway is accessible to the public and can be seen from nearby apartments and the complex’s parking lot.

On November 5, the officer contacted Sisco, who lives at the complex. Police reported that he was wearing the same hat and pants seen on the man in the video. The woman also reportedly viewed the footage and confirmed that it showed her and Sisco.

After being advised of his Miranda rights, Sisco reportedly told police that he had known the woman for about six months and that they worked together delivering food. He eventually acknowledged that he exposed himself after the woman said, “Show me what you got.” Sisco said he hoped to have sex with her, but she was not interested and that the interaction ended there. He also acknowledged that both he and the woman had apartments where they could have engaged in sexual activity, as well as the presence of children throughout the apartment complex.

Sisco was charged with indecent exposure. He has no local criminal history, and Judge Adam Lee set bail at $20,000.
