Milania Giudice, Teresa Giudice’s daughter, was seen confronting her mother and sister while police stood nearby in a troubling new clip, amid reports that she was experiencing “suicidal thoughts” at the time.
The video, which appears to have been posted by 20-year-old Milania, shows her arguing with her family as they move through an airport.
Officers can be seen standing close to the trio as the tense exchange unfolds.
“This is what we do now, everybody. This is what we do,” Milania repeatedly says in the footage.
Teresa remains composed but visibly tense as she tries to de-escalate the situation, telling her daughter, “I love you. I love you.”
Gia, however, appears unwilling to continue the argument. “Let her do what she wants to do,” she says.

As Teresa attempts to reason with Milania, Gia gestures toward her sister and urges her mother to stop engaging. “Let her…” she says, sounding exasperated.
“Shut the f**k up,” Milania responds.
According to TMZ, Milania appeared to upload the video herself before deleting it shortly afterward.
A CAD log obtained by the publication reportedly states that Milania had recently been released from a hospital when police were called to Tampa International Airport.
The log reportedly said officers were told that Milania was experiencing “suicidal thoughts/mental breakdown.”
According to the record, the call was classified as an “Assist Person” incident at the United Airlines ticket counter in the airport’s main terminal.
The outlet also reported that the log mentioned the possibility of a Baker Act situation.
Giudice attempted to comfort her daughter, repeatedly telling her, “I love you.”
The Baker Act is a Florida law that permits people to be held involuntarily for a temporary mental health examination lasting up to 72 hours.
New details about the situation have since come to light, with Page Six reporting a call for assistance was made to the Tampa International Airport Police Department on September 23 at 2:20PM.
Page Six reported that no police report was filed and that Milania was neither arrested nor transported for medical treatment.
The publication also reported that Milania enrolled in anger management classes in August.
Milania had apparently ran away from Teresa, Gia, a counselor, and others at the airport, The Sun reports.
A law enforcement source told the publication police were contacted on Wednesday around 2:20PM after ‘multiple females said they needed police ASAP’.
The source said police were informed Milania had ‘just released from the hospital.’
Milania was found 12 minutes after police were contacted and the issue was sorted, with the group boarding their flight together, the source added.
A spokesperson for Milania told the Daily Mail: ‘Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria.

The spokesperson added that Milania ‘is a good-hearted and caring young woman who has been going through a very challenging period, and our focus right now is simply on her health, healing and well-being.
‘In time, she hopes that being open about her experiences may help other young people facing their own struggles, but for now, we ask for compassion and privacy as she and her family continue to navigate this together.’
It’s been a particularly turbulent year for Milania, who had been arrested for alleged domestic violence in May.
In a report obtained by the Daily Mail, Milania ‘threw candles and food’ during the alleged incident at her mother’s New Jersey home before her sister Gabriella, 22, called 911 claiming her ‘sister was acting erratically.’
Milania was accused of ‘causing bodily injury’ and ‘simple assault’ following the alleged incident at her mother’s New Jersey residence.
The Montville Township Police report alleges that Milania was ‘throwing food [and] candles’ during the ‘domestic violence dispute.’ No weapons were involved and no injuries were reported, with Milania charged with one count of simple assault. The victim was never identified.
She has not addressed the incident besides a TikTok video posted in June in which she said: ‘It is what it is, s*** happens in life. Just become a better person and talk about it.’
The reality star also noted that she ‘was not in a good area in [her] life.’
Milania is also mourning the loss of her childhood friend Victoria Zardoya, who passed away after suffering a ‘devastating fall’ on July 24 while exploring historic ruins in Florida. Just days later, she died after sustaining fatal injuries at the age of 20.

The former couple were heavily featured on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey, even covering their fraud conviction that sent them to prison.

In 2009, they filed for bankruptcy, which set off a chain of legal battles culminating in the two being convicted for various forms of fraud.
Five years later, the two were handed prison sentences; Joe’s status as an illegal immigrant was also brought into question, as he had never gained citizenship despite living in the United States since he was a year old.
At the end of his time being incarcerated, Joe went to live with his family in Italy to await the results of his deportation hearing and subsequent appeals.
Teresa was released from prison in December 2015 after serving 11 months of her 15 month sentence.
The Giudices separated in December of 2019, months after Joe was released, and finalized their divorce in September.
Giudice is now married to Luis Ruelas.
