Jaxson Dart is receiving unwavering support from his girlfriend as he begins the difficult road back from a season-ending injury.
Marissa Ayers shared an emotional TikTok message for the quarterback after he sustained a devastating injury during Monday’s game.
The video features the couple dancing together and includes a heartfelt caption dedicated to Dart.
“It has been an emotional few days,” the caption began. “My sweet Jax — your unconditional love and drive for this sport will push you through this temporary pain of being away from it. We now place our full trust in God to wrap His arms around you, heal your body and lift your spirits.”
“The road to recovery begins, and I promise to keep my boy covered in love and prayer through it all. Jax, you are the most determined and resilient person I know. You inspire me to show up for myself, my dreams and my goals, even when it’s difficult.”
Ayers also made clear that she plans to remain by Dart’s side throughout the months ahead.

“So I promise to remind you every day of the strength you have instilled in me,” the message continued. “There is not a doubt in my mind that you will come back even stronger than before. You can do everything you set your mind to — I’ve seen it firsthand — and I’ll be here to hold your hand each step of the way.”
“I love you.”
Ayers’ post arrived nearly one week after Dart suffered a season-ending left knee injury in the Giants’ 28-6 loss to the Rams.
The injury occurred just seven snaps into the game, when Dart was hit high and low by two Rams defenders and landed awkwardly on his knee.
Although an injury of that nature would typically end a player’s season, the 23-year-old quarterback chose to undergo surgery immediately in hopes of returning later this season.
Giants head coach John Harbaugh has likewise declined to rule Dart out if the team reaches the playoffs, despite the injury generally requiring four to six months of recovery.
“I was excited that they were going to get to it right away,” Harbaugh said. “That was something that could be done quickly, so that was good.”
