Breaking Bad Star Aaron Paul Finally Sells LA Mansion

Aaron Paul has sold his Los Angeles home for $7.495 million after the property spent more than a year on the market.

The 47-year-old actor first put the residence, known as the Seyler House, up for sale in July 2025 with an asking price of about $10 million, according to TMZ, which reported the transaction.

The Emmett, Idaho-born star later reduced the price of the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom property near Griffith Park to $8.2 million in January, the outlet reported.

Paul, best known for playing Jesse Pinkman on Breaking Bad, ultimately agreed to sell the Los Angeles home for $7.495 million, according to the report.

The actor is the latest celebrity to have owned the residence. Previous residents include Robert Pattinson, Noah Wyle, Jim Parsons, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and the late Tim Curry.

The Daily Mail has contacted Paul’s representatives for further comment.

Located in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood, the 4,026-square-foot home was built in 1922 and sits behind gates on nearly 1.5 acres, according to a previous listing.

Architect Stiles O. Clements originally designed the house, while Commune Design later oversaw its interior renovation.

Inside, beams and high ceilings create a connection to the home’s patios and terraces.

The property also offers a media room, card room and guest bedroom, according to the listing.

The kitchen opens onto an outdoor patio with a dining area beside a garden.

The primary suite includes a bathroom, a spacious dressing area and a balcony, the listing stated.

Outside, the grounds feature a swimming pool, cold plunge, fireplace, fire pit and koi pond, as well as panoramic views across Los Angeles.

In a statement last year, Paul said, according to People, that the home “has been a safe haven for my family and we feel so lucky to have experienced so much life here over the years.”

Is ditching LA for Paris a bold move or just another celebrity trend to escape Hollywood pressures?

‘We will forever hold this home and its history close to our hearts.’

The Emmy-winning star told The Daily Mail last November that he and his family moved to Paris in the wake of the January 2025 fires in the Pacific Palisades.

‘When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house in LA and moved to Paris,’ Paul said. ‘Paris is awesome.’

Paul, who shares two children with wife Lauren Parsekian – daughter Story Annabelle, eight, and son Ryden Caspian, four – said that he and his spouse ‘always dreamt of doing a year abroad’ and had ‘went out there for the kiddos.’

Paul added, ‘We just always wanted to be around a completely different culture.’
