A South Carolina personal trainer whose body was discovered days after she disappeared died from a heart condition following what the coroner described as a “full mental crisis.”
Elena Moore, 39, suffered fatal complications from cardiac dysrhythmia accompanied by premature ventricular contractions, Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher said.
Fisher classified Moore’s death as natural, emphasizing that investigators “never saw anything that indicated homicide.”
