Bachelor Nation star Tyler Cameron and his fiancée, Tate Madden, announced they are expecting their first child during an emotional appearance on Dancing With the Stars.
Madden, 32, revealed her growing baby bump as she joined 33-year-old Cameron and his professional dance partner, Sharna Burgess, 41, for Tuesday’s Dedication Night performance. The contemporary routine was created as a tribute to mothers.
During the dance, Cameron—who previously dated Gigi Hadid—tenderly placed his hands on Madden’s stomach before lifting her into the air. Near the routine’s emotional conclusion, he dropped to one knee and kissed her belly.
The couple, who became engaged in August, followed the performance with a gender reveal, sharing the happy news that they are having a baby girl.
In a voiceover dedicated to his late mother, Andrea, Cameron said during the performance, “You would’ve loved the woman I’m gonna marry.”
“All the things that made you special, I found in her. She’s gonna be the most incredible mama, just like you. And we’re gonna have a baby. I can’t believe I’m gonna be a dad. Wish you were here, hope that I make you proud. I love you and I miss you every day.”

Cameron announced in August that he had proposed to Madden, a model, after the couple had been together for two years.
He marked the engagement by posting romantic photos from the beach proposal at Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys. One image showed Cameron dressed in white as he knelt to ask the question.
A second snapshot showed the newly engaged couple locked in a joyful embrace after Madden accepted his proposal.
“Better late than never they say,” Cameron captioned the announcement.
Cameron first confirmed he was in a relationship in July 2024, though he initially chose not to identify his partner. The couple eventually made their romance Instagram official in October that year.
Their engagement post quickly drew affectionate messages from Cameron’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars.
“Congrats you two. Sending so much love,” Colton Underwood commented.
JoJo Fletcher shared her excitement, writing, “Ahh congrats!! ❤️❤️❤️ Love u guys.”
Justin Glaze also celebrated the news, commenting, “Alright alright alrightttttt congrats y’all!!”
Cameron’s brother, Ryan Cameron, joked in the comments, “He did it, people.”

‘Tyler and I actually met a couple times before he remembered meeting me. I thought Tyler and I were actually good friends. Turns out he didn’t know who I was.’
She went on to share that the pair met through a mutual friend.
Meanwhile Cameron explained why he wanted to keep his relationship private in an E! News interview in 2024.
‘I’ve been in this scene before for a long time. People like to nitpick and like to judge and all that. And I’ve dealt with it, but not everyone else has and that can be a lot. And so I just wanted to make sure we were in a great place before we started that.’
Speaking of Madden in 2025, he told Us Weekly: ‘I think she is everything that I’ve ever wanted in somebody. She is also my best friend on top of that. I think that’s all a good recipe right there.’
Cameron was previously linked with supermodel Gigi Hadid in early August 2019, shortly after his stint on The Bachelorette ended, though they broke up in October 2019.
