Savannah Chrisley’s Fiancé Jason Galanis Sued Over $120K Diamond Bracelet

Savannah Chrisley’s fiancé, Jason Galanis, was previously sued with his then-wife over an unpaid $40,000 balance on a $120,000 diamond bracelet, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in January 2012, Beverly Hills jeweler Six Swords LLC accused Galanis, 56, and his then-wife of failing to complete the final two payments for the luxury piece.

The complaint stated that the former couple agreed in December 2010 to purchase a custom “15 Row Diamond Bracelet” priced at $120,000.

Their payment arrangement allegedly called for $60,000 upfront, followed by three monthly installments of $20,000.

The jeweler claimed it delivered the bracelet as promised, but said the couple missed payments due Feb. 28 and March 31, 2011.

Six Swords sued Galanis and his then-wife for breach of contract, goods sold and delivered, account stated and open book account. The company sought the remaining $40,000, along with interest, court costs and attorney’s fees.

Court records show a judgment was entered against Galanis and Berger on Aug. 3, 2012. A filing dated Dec. 10, 2012, states that the judgment was eventually satisfied in full.

The filing does not explain how the judgment was resolved or identify who made the payment.

Page Six confirmed that Galanis and Berger divorced in 2018.

Representatives for Chrisley and attorneys for Galanis did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The court records emerged days after Chrisley, 29, announced her engagement to Galanis and revealed that they are expecting their first child together.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum shared the news Tuesday in an emotional Instagram post, initially choosing not to reveal her fiancé’s identity.

“I’ve prayed for this life. I’ve cried for this life. And there were moments I truly wondered if this life would ever be mine. 🥹🤍,” she wrote in the caption of a video featuring the mystery man she called “J” and showing her growing baby bump.

The mystery fiancé was later identified as Galanis, a convicted fraudster who is 27 years older than Chrisley.

Galanis received a sentence of more than 14 years in federal prison in September 2020 for his role in financial fraud schemes, including one that cost a Native American tribe and investors tens of millions of dollars.

President Donald Trump commuted his sentence in March 2025.

As Page Six previously reported, Galanis also spent time at the same Florida federal prison camp as Savannah’s father, Todd Chrisley. Their sentences overlapped from January through August 2023.

Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie Chrisley, were later pardoned by Trump in May 2025 after their convictions for bank fraud and tax evasion.

Savannah has continued to defend her relationship with Galanis amid criticism over their 27-year age gap and his criminal history.

During Tuesday’s episode of her “Unlocked” podcast, the reality star said the pair met through politics while she was campaigning for her parents’ release from prison.

She also disclosed that they got engaged in December 2025, just five months after they started dating, during a vacation in the Cayman Islands.

Chrisley also described her husband-to-be as her “protector,” “fiercest fighter” and “most loyal person.”

“I really don’t care, OK? Like, this person is the love of my life,” Savannah said while addressing criticism of their relationship.

The mom-to-be later shared a sonogram on her Instagram Stories, defending her unborn child amid the scrutiny.

“You are not a headline. You are not a controversy,” she wrote. “You are not defined by anyone’s past, anyone’s mistakes, or anyone’s opinions.”

The couple is planning to tie the knot in May 2027.
