Liam Fitzgerald, a 29-year-old social media influencer known for his fitness and self-improvement content, has died after a motorcycle crash.
On Saturday, Fitzgerald’s girlfriend, Jamie Lyn Rinaldi, took to Instagram to share the devastating news that the fitness influencer had died early Friday morning around 2am.
Jamie Lyn Rinaldi said Fitzgerald sustained severe injuries in the accident. Despite the desperate efforts of those who tried to save him, he could not be revived.
“There are no words to describe the heartbreak of this loss,” she wrote. “This is an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time for everyone who knew and loved him.”
Rinaldi asked people to keep Fitzgerald’s family, loved ones and close friends in their thoughts and prayers. “Please give us grace, love and privacy as they navigate this unimaginable loss,” she wrote. “Rest peacefully, Liam. We love you so much.”
His family also posted a heartfelt tribute to Fitzgerald, noting his ‘work ethic was incredible.

Fitzgerald’s girlfriend, Jamie Lyn Rinaldi, announced on Instagram Saturday that he died early Friday morning at around 2 a.m.
“When he put his mind to something, he gave it everything,” Fitzgerald’s family wrote alongside a photo showing him in a dark suit and tie with the sea and Miami skyline behind him. “He was talented at just about anything he tried and so proud of the life he was building and everything he accomplished.”
Fitzgerald, who was based in Miami, Florida, had built an Instagram following of more than 1 million people.
He worked as a personal fitness and social media coach, providing one-on-one training sessions through his website.
His online content included workout plans and physical transformation updates, often featuring Fitzgerald flexing his muscles and displaying his tattoos.
He also offered followers advice on lifestyle, fashion and personal finances.
In April, Fitzgerald celebrated another major milestone, telling his followers that he had bought his first home.
“I honestly couldn’t have made this happen without all of you, all the support you guys have given me over the years… beyond grateful,” he wrote beside a photo taken in front of the contemporary-style house.
“I’m excited for this new chapter in my life,” he added.

He regularly posted workout routines and transformation updates, highlighting his muscular physique and tattoos.
“When he put his mind to something, he gave it everything,” Fitzgerald’s family said in a tribute shared on social media.
In their tribute, Fitzgerald’s family also acknowledged that he had faced “his own struggles.”
“He battled with alcohol on and off and knew it was hurting him,” they wrote, explaining that they were sharing the personal detail “in the hope that his story reaches someone who needs it.”
“If you’re fighting that battle, please stay strong, reach out to your loved ones and ask for help. You don’t have to fight alone. Keep going.”
They said: ‘He wasn’t perfect, and never pretended to be. But he always strived to grow and do better. He had dreams, ambitions, and so much more life to live.’
Followers offered their condolences in the comments section.
