Queensland Police say a stolen Mazda CX-9 with two 15-year-old men and a girl, aged 17, inside, was on Brightview Road west of Ipswich, shortly after 6am.
It attempted to overtake a truck before hitting a pole and catching fire.
Two emergency service helicopters were deployed to the scene.
Queensland Ambulance said one of the victims was flown to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and another was rushed to Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Police are urging drivers to avoid the area, as investigations continue.
Forensic Crash Unit investigators are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the car before, to contact police.
The Mazda was allegedly stolen from a house in the Brisbane suburb of Clayfield overnight, police said.
