A New South Wales fisherman is getting ready to cast a line off a new boat after winning $1 million in this week’s Monday and Wednesday lotto draw.

The man from Moruya on the state’s south coast won $1,000,013 after buying his ticket from a newsagent.

“Mate, I checked the ticket earlier this morning. I can’t believe it,” he told the Lott this morning.

“I play regularly, and I’ve been replaying the same numbers for years.

“This does a lot for me at this point in time. 

“I’m a keen fisherman so this means a new boat for sure.

“I’ve also got kids and grandkids so I’d like to share with them somewhere along the line but first up is a new boat.”

These were Australia’s lottery winning hotspots for 2023

Across Australia, there were three division one winning entries in Monday and Wednesday Lotto draw 4384, who are all from New South Wales.
