The singer, 33, showed off her quirky sense of style as she rocked an eye-catching outfit at the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve Big Ball Brunch at EDITION: Times Square.
She made sure to capture attention in a vibrant yellow jacket dramatically lined around the collar and cuffs with black faux-fur.
Rita gave herself a few extra inches with a pair of heeled black boots and completed her ensemble with a high-glamour make-up palette.
She was joined by American media personality Ryan, 49, who cut a smart figure in black trousers and a dark jacket, teamed with brown suit shoes.

Her travels stateside for the annual bash come after she spent Christmas in New Zealand with her husband Taika Waititi.
She took to Instagram to give fans an insight into her festive celebrations as she shared some gorgeous snaps on Christmas Day.
In the pictures, Rita looked incredible in a figure-hugging red mini dress, which she styled with matching tights and Mary Jane shoes.
She wrote to her fans: ‘Merry Xmas! Love and happiness to you all! Here’s to 2024!’
The star has swapped the British winter for much sunnier climes, as she made the most of the summer months in New Zealand with her husband Taika.

She explored the local sights as she headed out on a picturesque walk on Boxing Day, sharing snaps from the outing.
She joked in the caption that in a clip of herself dancing and singing on the wet sand dunes, she had been attempting to recreate the iconic video for Coldplay’s 2000 hit Yellow.

Rita has been spending time in her home country of Kosovo and has decided to put her songwriting to one side as she explores a new career avenue – documentary making.
The hitmaker has been working with the same team behind the latest Nirvana film as she delves into a project focused on the youth culture of her homeland.
Rita was born in the capital city of Kosovo, Pristina, in 1990, but moved to the UK with her parents in 1991. Rita went to the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London, where she quickly set her heart on being a singer.
