The incident reportedly resulted in substantial property damage, amounting to thousands of dollars, before the man was apprehended by police, clad only in his underwear.
Video evidence from the early morning disturbance captures the moment the tourist abruptly rises from his seat and shatters a phone being used by another patron for translation assistance.
