Two people have reportedly been arrested in Los Angeles after they were found at a home belonging to US Vice President Kamala Harris.
Police were called to the Brentwood property over a potential burglary at about 4.40am local time (11.40pm Sunday AEDT), news outlet KTLA reported.

Responding officers found two people on Harris’s property on Bundy Drive.

It has been reported both people were men, dressed all in black, but police have not confirmed that.

The LAPD told KTLA two people were detained because they were breaking a curfew currently in place in Los Angeles amid the ongoing fire crisis.

However, both have since been released.

Police have not said why the pair were on Harris’s property, or if the incident will be investigated further.

Multiple arrests for looting have been made in the disaster-hit city in recent days, with more than 100,000 people still under evacuation orders.

Harris, who lost last year’s US presidential election to Donald Trump, is a California local.
