An Australian woman, Erin Patterson, is facing serious legal trouble after being charged with three counts of murder. She allegedly served dishes containing poisonous mushrooms to members of her ex-husband’s family.

The tragic incident unfolded in July 2023 when Gail Patterson, Don Patterson, and Heather Wilkinson died after consuming Beef Wellington at a family gathering. Ian Wilkinson also suffered severe health complications and was left in critical condition following the meal.
