Alexia Nepola recently clarified her current relationship status with her ex-husband, Todd Nepola, amidst circulating rumors of their reunion. Meanwhile, Adriana de Moura has allegedly suggested that there’s a strong likelihood Alexia might exit Real Housewives of Miami to rekindle things with Todd.

During the latest season, Todd initiated a substantial $11 million defamation lawsuit against NBCUniversal and Bravo, claiming the show inaccurately depicted him as financially insolvent. In the Bravoverse, legal action against the network is often considered a career-ending move, suggesting Bravo might not feature you again.

However, since it’s Alexia’s former spouse pursuing legal action, there is speculation she may have secretly reconciled with Todd to maintain her position on the show.

At the 2025 BravoCon, Alexia openly discussed her current relationship dynamics with Todd.

At BravoCon 2025, Alexia addressed where she stands with Todd now.

“So we’re not together,” said Alexia onstage as the audience cheered in a video shared by Bravo TV on TikTok.

“So you said [in the past] that he was blocked everywhere,” host Kiki Monique responded. “Is that still the case?”

“That’s not the case,” Alexia answered. “Because I was in no contact for 85 days. When we filmed the reunion, that’s what I said, cause that’s where it was. But believe me, the cameras are now with me 24/7. So like, just because I said that one day doesn’t mean I didn’t see him after.”

Alexia said she broke her no-contact rule after the reunion “only because” she “ran into him” with Julia Lemigova and Kiki Barth at the Surf Club on a night out.

“So I had to break the 85-day no contact,” she said. “And of course, Kiki was very friendly with him.”

“Kiki! What are you doing?” asked Larsa Pippen.

“Stage-5 clinger,” said Marysol Patton, assumingly referring to Todd.

“I’m a friendly person!” said Kiki.

“So anyways … I ended up breaking the 85 days,” Alexia added. “But I know that I can do it, if it’s necessary. I can do it. We’re good. I’m in a good place in my life.”
