The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, especially when it comes to Apple Martin.
The daughter of acclaimed actress Gwyneth Paltrow is set to venture into the film industry, making her debut in Nancy Meyers’ highly anticipated project, “Paris Paramount.” It seems that talent runs in the family as Apple steps into the spotlight.
Recent photos from the movie’s production reveal Apple Martin capturing the essence of her illustrious mother. On the set, she was seen in the company of co-stars Owen Wilson, Rich Sommer, Erin Doherty, and Tony Hale, fully embracing her new role.
In the images captured, Martin, who proudly graduated from Vanderbilt University this past May, is seen donning an orange sweater with stylish flared denim jeans, strolling through a scenic outdoor shoot in Los Angeles.
While details about her character remain under tight wraps, the film boasts an impressive ensemble, including Penélope Cruz, Kieran Culkin, Jude Law, and Beverly D’Angelo, promising an intriguing narrative and captivating performances.
The movie also serves as a connect-the-dots moment Martin, as fans may recall Wilson and Paltrow co-starred in “The Royal Tenenbaums” — a full 25 years ago in 2001.
Paltrow also famously dated Wilson’s brother, Luke, from 2001 to 2002 after they met while filming the Wes Anderson movie.
Not much is known about “Paris Paramount.”
However, in 2023, Myers gave a brief synopsis of the film via Instagram when she told her followers the film “is about a group of people making a film and the magic and mystery of what we do.”
The movie is expected to premiere December 2027.
While this is Martin’s first major acting project, she’s not fully a stranger to being in front of a camera. The 22-year-old has long made waves as a rising fashion model and has appeared in a number of major campaigns.
In May, she unveiled her latest campaign with Chloé, which featured summer florals and effortless eyelet sets.
“What an absolute honor to get to work with Chloé,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “It is a dream come true!!!!!!!”
In addition to the Chloé ad, Martin has also landed other major shoots and collaborated with fashion brands.
The up-and-coming talent also made a cameo in HBO’s “Rooster,” starring Steve Carell, in March.
