Sheinelle Jones began her day with a heartfelt celebration.
The Today With Jenna & Sheinelle host marked the 14th birthday of her twins with late husband Uche Ojeh, Clara and Uche, by sharing cherished throwback photos along with a heartfelt tribute.
“Fourteen years ago today, our lives changed forever,” Jones noted on Instagram on July 10, accompanying an image from her pregnancy. “It was a two-for-one special!”
The dedicated journalist—who is also the mother of 16-year-old Kayin—shared a series of photos chronicling her kids’ journey from infancy to their current ages.
“I vividly recall placing the twins at the end of my hospital bed, gazing at them in wonder in their tiny onesies,” the 48-year-old journalist reminisced. “In the fifth photo, their dad had traditional outfits made for their church dedication; and looking at the ninth picture, their preschool graduation feels like it happened just yesterday.”
Despite living so much life together, the Through Mom’s Eyes author admitted she can’t believe she already has three high school-aged kids.
