  • Justin and Hailey Bieber bought a $16.6 million mansion close to other celebrities.
  • The couple owns three houses together.
  • Despite Justin’s $300 million net worth and Hailey’s $20 million, the couple faced a loss selling their Beverly Hills property.

Since experts are convinced that the couple is getting divorced, all eyes are on Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber. Their marriage has dominated headlines for the past few years, especially since Justin hasn’t released an album since 2021’s “Justice.” While fans still love his music, they can’t help but be fully invested in his relationship.

Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber were in the news in April 2024 because they purchased a mansion for $16.6 million. According to Us Weekly, the house is close to Kylie Jenner and Scooter Braun. In this article, we’ll take a look at what we know about this fancy mansion, along with what other houses the couple owns.

As Us Weekly reported, the couple not only spent millions on a new house, but they will also have to pay HOA fees on the property. The area includes a clubhouse, a trail to hike on, dining that is rated five stars, a spa, and a golf course. These monthly fees will cost $1,652.

There isn’t much information out there about the Biebers’ new house. However, Us Weekly noted that the home has nine bathrooms, seven bedrooms, and almost 10,000 square feet.

  • Adele
  • Tim Cook (CEO of Apple)

The Robb Report shared that Alon Abady, an investor in Beverly Hills, was the former owner of the house. Abady did a big renovation and the house now has a huge garage, a guesthouse, a fire-pit in the back, a court to play sports on, motorcourts, and a massive infinity pool.

According to The Sun, Justin spent time in La Quinta in March 2024, which made fans wonder if he had decided to live there on his own without his wife Hailey.

The Sun quoted a fan who said:

“Okay so this man is living in La Quinta but keeping it on the down low.”

As it turns out, Hailey and Justin Bieber’s new house is in La Quinta, which is why Justin was seen there so often. Since Us Weekly reported that the couple bought their new house in 2023 but it only became public knowledge in 2024, this makes sense.

Fans might be curious why the pair would buy such an expensive place in this specific area of California. Since Scooter Braun has been Justin Bieber’s manager since 2007, Braun’s La Quinta address might have influenced Justin to purchase his fancy place. According to E! News, there were rumors in 2023 that Justin had left Braun, but that isn’t the case. Perhaps Justin and Hailey visited Braun at his La Quinta home often enough that they got a feel for the area.

It’s also possible that given the couple’s problems with their health over the last little while, from Hailey’s mini-stroke to Justin’s Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, they might like The Madison Club’s beautiful, natural surroundings. The area is stunning and it’s no wonder that so many celebrities want to live there.

The couple might also want the peace and quiet of The Madison Club’s La Quinta location. They haven’t commented on their purchase or explained why they wanted to buy a house in this area of California. But ever since they first started dating, they have been inundated with rumors about their relationship, and they are photographed every single place that they go. Since stars like Kris Jenner live there, they could tell that it was a good idea.

According to Realtor.com, celebs love living in this area because they can be truly left alone. They also have access to luxurious perks that they love, from golf courses to everything else at The Madison Club.

Since the singer makes such large purchases, it’s no wonder that people think that Justin spends too much of his $300 million net worth. But since, according to Celebrity Net Worth, Hailey has a net worth of $20 million, they are doing more than okay and can buy any property they please.

In 2019, Justin Bieber made it clear that he wanted someone to buy his and Hailey’s $8.5 million Beverly Hills house. According to Page Six, he posted on social media about the house and wrote:

He wrote:

“I think I wanna sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it.”

He also wrote:

“Home vibes, but I wanna sell it I think anyone interested?… I’ll sell it with all the furniture. MAKE AN OFFER.”

According to TMZ, the couple sold the Beverly Hills property for $7,955,000. That was much lower than what they originally purchased the house for, so they lost money on the sale.
