Kelly Dodd called the new season of Real Housewives of Orange County “obnoxious,” and she slammed Emily Simpson for discussing her kid’s disordered eating on camera. The alum also called Gina Kirschenheiter “boring,” and she addressed Tamra Judge’s “trauma” claims.

In the season premiere, Emily suggested she was forced to hire a lawyer amid drama surrounding her former nanny’s claim that Emily’s kids spoke negatively about Heather Dubrow. In the same episode, Emily indicated that her son has a form of disordered eating in which he rarely gets hungry. Last season, Katie Ginella‘s daughter, who babysat Emily’s kids, also claimed the children said negative things about Heather.

In a July 13 Instagram post, Kelly addressed the season premiere.

“I just watched the Orange County Housewives. I was going to recap the season, but it’s so obnoxious,” she said. “I don’t think [Katie is] lying about what her kid said about Heather. I think that is true … I [also] find Emily to be very obnoxious this year.”

“You know, kids don’t like Heather,” Kelly added. “No kids like Heather … All my friends know Heather. No kids like going over to Heather’s house. That’s true. And for Emily to say [that] she lawyered up … I think she needs to go back to law school because you can’t sue for the truth.”

“Those kids did say that about Heather, and we all know it,” she continued. “You can’t sue for defamation. You’re a public figure. She’s a lawyer, she should know that. Go back to law school.”

She then called out Emily for sharing her kid’s “psychological disorder” on camera, saying, “It’s just so obnoxious, and so I can’t watch it.”

“Then Emily yelling at Katie like she’s her boss … Why are they all ganging up on Katie? … [It’s] the same old thing,” she said, referring to the repeated conversations about how Katie is allegedly a liar. “[And] Gina, she’s so boring. And the boyfriend is a dud, okay. And [their] house is, I’m sorry, nothing to look at.”

Later on, Kelly and her husband, Rick Leventhal, slammed Tamra for claiming she was on the spectrum before seemingly taking it back. They also shaded Tamra’s claim that she has past “trauma.”
