Lisa Vanderpump has shared insights on which former colleagues from Vanderpump Rules are backing the show’s reboot, while also addressing Kyle Richards’ “Goodbye Ken” remark. Additionally, she touched upon her recent interactions with Brittany Cartwright and Lisa Rinna, threw some shade at Scheana Shay, and reflected on the decision to reboot the series.

During a panel at BravoCon, Kyle claimed she bid farewell to Lisa and her husband Ken Todd with a “Goodbye Ken” at the Beverly Hills Hotel prior to the event, echoing a memorable line from the conclusion of Kyle and Lisa’s friendship.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Lisa was questioned about her communication with former castmates regarding the reboot.

“Lala mentioned that she intends to be supportive,” Lisa remarked. “Stassi, with whom I’m currently working on Vanderpump Villa, is eager to watch it. Schwarz shows support too, but beyond that, not much. I’ve heard some negative feedback.”

“Lala said [that] she’s going to be supportive,” said Lisa. “Stassi, who I work with now in Vanderpump Villa, she can’t wait to watch it. Schwarz is [supportive], but the rest, no. I’ve heard some negative things.”

Lisa shared that she ran into Brittany, who claimed that “she never hears from me.”

“I have I don’t know how many hundreds of people working for me,” said Lisa. “Call me, I’m always here … I greeted her like I always do, but I hadn’t heard that she’d said something nasty about me … It’s a shame, really.”

As for Lala and Tom Schwartz‘s casting on The Valley, Lisa expressed, “I think it’s great. I mean, they’re great reality stars and they’re very honest. And I think that comes with experience as well. … You jump into it,” she said. “I just love Schwartzy … I think most people do.”

Talking to ET, Lisa addressed Scheana’s claim in her recent memoir that Lisa used to feed her information.

She admitted that, as a “producer,” Lisa would give castmates “the heads up,” but she always supported them and she doesn’t have “time for negativity.” The star suggested that she’s in a good place with most of the castmates except Scheana.

“I don’t like someone creating lies to sell a book,” said Lisa of Scheana’s memoir. “And the fact that she would say that I knew that her crossing paths with Brandi Glanville was intentional — how could it be? I wasn’t a producer on that show. She didn’t have a mic on. I told her to get out of there straight away.”

She then hinted that Scheana wasn’t “truth[ful]” last season of Vanderpump Rules, concerning her husband Brock‘s “affair.”

In her interview with Us Weekly, Lisa addressed Kyle’s “Goodbye Ken” diss.

“I don’t really kind of invest in it too much, to be honest,” said Lisa, who claimed she didn’t hear Kyle’s diss. “Actually, it’s true. I didn’t know she saw us … We were in the Polo Lounge the other day, and it was crowded … [I saw Kyle but I] didn’t want to get into it [because I was with other people] … I don’t think anybody else [heard her diss] either, so whatever.”

Lisa said she also recently crossed paths with another ex-costar.

“I had the luxury of sitting down opposite Lisa Rinna last night, just surprisingly, she was six feet away from me,” said Lisa, whose reaction was, “Hello. Oh no.”

“Now, the Housewives things [at BravoCon], I normally just avoid, to be honest. I just say my job is to talk about Vanderpump Rules,” she explained, “and not to get involved in the minutiae with the Housewives … Every time they meet, they have some kind of fight. That’s not my thing, never was. When I was on Housewives, I always saw the funny side of things, until it wasn’t and I was out.”

Lisa said she still enjoys former ‘Housewives’ Garcelle Beauvais and Camille Meyer.

As for the decision to reboot Pump Rules, Lisa shared, “I was always very honest when I talked with production about not wanting to go down on a sinking ship … I felt that Vanderpump Rules was at its high, being nominated for Emmys. We had great ratings, but I felt like we told the story. And I thought at some point that it became a little bit more complicated to film … The dynamic was broken. It was shattered in so many ways. And I thought it was time to do something new.”

Lisa teased that the new cast is “very outspoken.”
