Leigh-Anne Pinnock delivered one of London Fashion Week’s most unexpected moments on Monday when her outfit transformed into a fountain as she closed the Di Petsa show.
The pregnant singer confidently displayed her baby bump in a white bralette and low-rise skirt while walking the runway at The Banking Hall.
With models in floral dresses positioned around her feet, Leigh-Anne’s revealing top suddenly began releasing streams of water.
The dramatic surprise prompted gasps from the audience as the former Little Mix singer slowly spun around to showcase the unusual design.
Cradling her bump, Leigh-Anne continued down the catwalk as the water drenched the models beside her. She was presenting the finale of the spring/summer 2027 collection, titled Holy Milk.
The My Ego Told Me To singer completed the look with a dripping gold necklace and mismatched earrings.
Tears streamed down Leigh-Anne’s face, while her long dark hair was styled to appear wet, adding to the show’s theatrical finish.

Actress Amy Jackson also appeared on the catwalk, first wearing an unusual white gown with cut-out detailing and long sleeves before changing into a white halterneck dress.
In the front row, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri turned heads in a striking red-and-black semi-sheer gown that highlighted her legs.
The runway appearance came shortly after Leigh-Anne told fans that her hormones were “all over the place” as she approaches her due date.
The Little Mix star is already mum to five-year-old twin daughters with her footballer husband, Andre Gray, and the couple are preparing to welcome another child.
Earlier this month, Leigh-Anne shared a mirror selfie in a brown bikini on Instagram and revealed: “Third trimester already – this pregnancy is going super quick, it’s scary.”
She continued: “Emotions and hormones are all over the place and on top of that the grind doesn’t stop.”
“We’re just so excited to meet this lil bubba and go into our baby bubble! Life is about to get even more chaotic and I can’t wait.”
Leigh-Anne announced her pregnancy in July with a heartfelt social media video filmed while she was recording music in her studio. Alongside the clip, she wrote: “As one chapter ends, another begins.”
Her former Little Mix bandmates, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards, were quick to celebrate the news in the comments.
“Love you and your beautiful family,” Jade wrote, while Perrie responded with heart-eyes emojis.

Leigh-Anne tied the knot with Andre in June 2023 after welcoming their twins together. She previously revealed she had been betrayed by Andre.
Speaking to Paloma Faith on her Mad, Sad and Bad podcast, Leigh-Anne said: ‘I went through a bit of a weird time with my husband actually and I think that sort of not being totally honest and losing trust and that kind of betrayal.
‘I think like heartbreak is wild, like it’s awful and especially someone that you’re so madly in love with and that they can hurt you.’
The singer explained how footballer Andre realised he was being ‘selfish’ after he moved abroad to Greece to play for Aris Thessaloniki.
She continued: ‘Well, I think that person has to want to change and he did. And I think you can go through things in a relationship but if they aren’t willing to change for you, forget it.
‘They have to do the work and they have to turn it around because again it’s not you, it’s not on you.
‘He went to therapy and I think for us what really helped for us, he started playing abroad and he had more time to himself to kind of look and realise that everything that he was doing was not how you make a relationship work, it’s not. It’s selfish.’
She also said the footballer ‘went out of his way’ to change for her, which led to her learning the ‘power of forgiveness’.

When she was asked what she has learnt about heartbreak, Leigh-Anne admitted she was still with the person who broke her heart.
She said: ‘Some people might say, oh well why are you still with them? Or why are you still giving them another chance? I guess that can be seen as a weakness and not putting yourself first but I think only you know what is truly right for you.’
Leigh-Anne went on to say the couple got through the ‘struggles’ and now they are in a ‘really beautiful place’.
She continued: ‘If that person can really show that they want to change, you cannot change somebody but if they go out of their way to change themselves I really do think that kind of tells you everything you need to know.
‘For me personally I had to go through these struggles and things in our relationship to get to the point where we are now, which is a really beautiful place.’
