Rachel Bilson clarifies comments about not having an orgasm until 38

Rachel Bilson is blaming her lack of orgasms on herself, not her previous partners.

After previously revealing that she didn’t climax during intercourse until the age of 38, the “Hart of Dixie” decided to set the record straight.

“It has nothing to do with any partner,” she said on “The Nick Viall Files” podcast Thursday. “It had to do with me knowing my body.”

She went on to explain that she was just trying to contribute to the conversation after Whitney Cummings told her she didn’t orgasm until going off birth control at 40.

“I just jumped on that and I was like, ‘When I was older I was able to do that too,’” Bilson continued, noting that she wasn’t trying to shade any of her exes.

Bilson clarified that the reason she didn’t orgasm before 38 was because she wasn’t in tune with her own body.

“Apparently there were names brought up in both regards and I am not OK with that, because it had nothing to do with that,” she continued while Viall added, “We’re not shaming any exes.”

“Or giving a trophy to any other exes,” she quipped back. “Nobody was involved other than myself.”

Bilson, 41, most recently sparked dating rumors with artist Zac La Roc and revealed on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in September 2022 that she was currently having great “missionary” sex with her partner.

She also briefly dated “Saturday Night Live” alum Bill Hader from 2019 to 2020, and had glowing reviews about their sex life afterward.

In August 2022, the “Hart of Dixie” star told her “Broad Ideas” podcast listeners that the thing she missed most about Hader was “his big d–k!”

However, Bilson’s candid confessions don’t come as a surprise to many of her fans given the fact she often talks about NSFW topics on her podcast.

Over the summer the actress explained that she grew up in a “sex-positive and free” household, which led her to feel more “open talking about things.”
