Lenny Hochstein doesn’t seem to understand how filming a reality show works.
After being caught telling a friend he’d be “single” soon in a scene from The Real Housewives of Miami shared earlier this week, the plastic surgeon, 56, has been caught in a couple of even more concerning moments, one of which features him explaining the shocking reason behind why he was no longer sleeping with now-estranged wife Lisa Hochstein, 40.
“O-M-G… Lenny Hochstein admits to CHEATING on Lisa while mic’d up!” the Bravo Housewives fan page announced to their followers on Instagram on December 8, along with a clip from the recently released fifth season of RHOM.
“Are you still sleeping with her?” a man named Vito is heard asking Lenny.
“No. You know why?… Because then I would be cheating on who I really care about,” Lenny replies.
“Does she know?” Vito wonders.
“No! Nobody knows. Nobody. Nobody,” Lenny confirms.
At that point, Vito exclaims, “Oh my God,” and questions his friend, “You aren’t mic’d up are you?”
“Mm-hmm,” Lenny shares. “Why do you think I’m whispering?”
In another moment from RHOM season five, Lisa is seen breaking down over her impending divorce and Lenny’s romance with 27-year-old model Katharina Mazepa, both of which have been playing out in the press in recent months.

“He said to me, ‘I am not in love with you.’ And now he has a full on girlfriend! He said you need to find a home for you and the kids,” Lisa cries to her castmates, via Queens of Bravo on Instagram.
Then, as a message reads, “Five weeks later…,” Lisa and Lenny are seen inside their $52 million home on Star Island, which Lenny wants Lisa out of.
“I just don’t understand why you’re trying to get me out of this house. I’m still the mother of your children,” Lisa tells him.
“I know you’re never gonna leave voluntarily. I already know that. I know that you’re gonna have to be told,” Lenny replies.
Lenny then becomes angrier, speaking louder as he asks, “Do you get that? Do you get that?! I asked you a simple question: Do you understand that?”

After Lenny was caught with a mystery woman at a club in early May, he announced his divorce from Lisa and confirmed his romance with Katharina. However, according to Katharina, she didn’t cause the couple to split.
“The reality is that both Lenny and I have been separated from our spouses for a while and are both going through divorces. I was informed Lisa was fully aware that he was going out with me,” Katharina explained to Page Six. “We both started seeing each other after we had both separated from our spouses.”
