Scott Disick recently revealed a slimmer physique in a new photograph, sparking interest among fans.
The 42-year-old reality television personality provided an insight into his weight loss progress, highlighting his use of GLP-1 medications in a sponsored Instagram post on Saturday, April 11.
“I believe in doing things right when it comes to my health,” Disick shared. “That’s why I rely on @omzo.us #omzopartner.” His post received support from Khloé Kardashian, who commented, “The Lord!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️.”
In the photo, Disick is dressed in a white sweatshirt and black pants, seated next to Omzo’s GLP-1 boxes, which contain the weekly injectable treatments.
In another instance, in May 2025, Rosie O’Donnell delighted her followers with a positive update on her weight loss journey, attributing her success to Mounjaro. This injectable medication, known as tirzepatide, is akin to Ozempic and Wegovy, primarily prescribed for diabetes but also effective for weight management.
Omzo provides licensed clinicians to help create “custom weight-loss plans” for subscribers through the platform, combining “proven treatments, nutrition guidance and GLP-1 support” while using clinician-approved medications, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, per their website.
Disick first got candid about taking weight-loss medication when his Mounjaro — a medication used to treat type II diabetes and help with weight loss — was unexpectedly featured on a February 2025 episode of The Kardashians.

“Did you see from the show?” Khloé said during a FaceTime call. “Did you see what’s in your fridge?”

Disick appeared confused at first, responding “No?” It then clicked for him exactly what she was cryptically referring to. “It shows the Mounjaro? You’re lying,” he continued, garnering a laugh from Khloé as she told him, “It’s everywhere, Scott.” He quipped, “Oh f*** me running!”
“By the way, I’m not embarrassed I took it,” Disick pointed out, which Khloé agreed with, adding, “You shouldn’t be.”
“Everyone that has a problem with Mounjaro can suck my d***,” he added during the call. “And by the way, they can see it now because for a minute, you couldn’t!”
“Do what everyone else does, hide your drugs!” Khloé joked in her solo confessional.

Back in October 2023, Disick opened up about his weight gain in the wake of an August 2022 car accident in Calabasas, California, from which he suffered a back injury. Disick was reportedly driving a Lamborghini SUV at the time of the collision.
Disick said that he was “barely mobile” afterwards, telling Khloé, “Since the car accident, everything has changed. I haven’t been able to run around, I’ve gained weight.”
A press release shared at the time of his accident noted that “it was determined the primary cause of the traffic collision was speed and alcohol was not a factor.”
