Amanda Cronin is under fire in the just-released trailer for the debut season of The Real Housewives of London.
As Amanda goes head-to-head with a number of the women, including Juliet Angus and Panthea Parker, her past divorces are mentioned by others, including Juliet Mayhew, as Panthea takes aim at Karen Loderick-Peace‘s marriage, and both Caroline Stanbury and Dorinda Medley get in on the drama.
With “London Bridge is Falling Down” playing in the background, the trailer begins with Amanda seemingly telling Juliet A., formerly of Ladies of London, “You’re just a chronic liar, an insecure twat.”
“Do you realize that her best friend can change like Jekyll and Hyde?” Panthea fires back.
Then, Juliet A. asks Amanda, “Does money make you happy?” And Amanda confirms, “Yes.”
This sets off Panthea, who tells Amanda, “You’re a f*cking b*tch and you’re a low-life … mutton dressed as lamb.”
“Stop it! Enough!” Nessie Welschinger demands as Juliet M. informs the women, “We’ll both be leaving the castle if this continues.”
During another scene, Caroline joins Juliet M. for lunch with another castmate, who Caroline says “[needs]” a facelift after Juliet M. mentions her own.
As the trailer continues, Amanda finds herself once again under fire.
“I heard you were so clever you made your ex-husband adopt your daughter,” Panthea tells her. “Is that not true?”
“I don’t even know how many times she’s been married. Is it three, is it four, is it two?” Juliet M. wonders in a confessional.
“Wasn’t it one of the biggest divorce settlements in the U.K.?” Caroline asks Juliet M.
Then, after Panthea jokes about questioning the king about “Harry and what he did,” as she ventures to the Palace, the group travels to Juliet M.’s castle in Scotland, where Juliet A. reveals she and Amanda “used to be best friends” during a meal, which Amanda quickly denies.
“She is a b*tch and she’s a narcissist,” Juliet M. tells Nessie in the same scene.
Later, Juliet A. opens up to Juliet M. and Karen, slamming Amanda and her bad reputation.
“You guys are letting someone with the worst reputation in London come at me and try to ruin mine,” she complains.
Back at the dinner table, Panthea declares of Karen, “Her husband can’t bear her. That’s why he’s not here.”
“You are f*cking making up stories!” Karen fires back.
Elsewhere, Amanda targets Juliet A., claiming her marriage was on the rocks. Juliet A. then tells her, “People run from you. Men run from you. You call the Daily Mail when you go on one date with someone.”
As the trailer concludes, Amanda is seen coming face-to-face with a co-star for a heated argument.
“I like this side of you … I’m loving every second of it,” Dorinda states.
According to Deadline, RHOLDN will feature 10 episodes and conclude with a reunion special hosted by comedian Katherine Ryan.
The Real Housewives of London season one will begin streaming on Hayu on Monday, August 18. A U.S. premiere date has not yet been set.
