Mark Tuttiett hails from Clevedon, Somerset, where his early exposure to local produce and seasonal cooking laid the groundwork for his culinary philosophy. His impressive career has led him through some of London’s most revered kitchens, including the two-Michelin-starred Kitchen Table, The Typing Room, and the esteemed Alain Ducasse.

Chef Mark Tuttiett is competing in Series 21 of Great British Menu. He will be representing the South West on GBM, alongside Ciaran Brennan, Head Chef at Osip; Jeffrey Robinson, Executive Chef at Harbour View House; and Martin Baylis, Chef Patron at New Coast Kitchen & Roku.
Mark’s competition menu is bespoke and celebrates movies filmed in the South West. It showcases his creativity with storytelling and curating dishes.
