Evan James Martin has been arrested and charged with the killing of a fellow inmate; Ashley Bropho. Ashley Bropho was found unresponsive in his cell.

According to authority, investigation into Ashley Bropho’s death is ongoing in order to determine the cause and circumstances surrounding the the death. Ashley Bropho, 42, was found unresponsive in his cell at Hakea Prison in March.
