Coco Pacheco is a renowned American – Chilean cook and founder of Aquí Está Coco, a famous and restaurant in Santiago, Chile.
Coco Pacheco has been involved in various social and environmental projects as a lover of Chile’s culture and foods. His first restaurant was opened in 1973 and since then he has been actively serving Chilean foods.
Coco Pacheco participating in the “Good morning everyone” shows which helped him to come to limelight. Coco also supports small holder farmers, local communities while sustaining his restaurant.
