Police responded to reports at 7:30 p.m. about a man allegedly pointing a gun at the Chili’s Grill and Bar, situated at 2505 Broad Street in Sumter, a bustling shopping district.
Upon investigation, officers discovered the trouble started when a woman, feeling uneasy during her date with one of the accused, reached out to a friend for support, as per the police statement.
