Former President Donald Trump and three of his children are on track for post-Halloween testimony in New York’s civil fraud case against him and his family business, setting up the potential for blockbuster revelations when they take the stand.

New York Attorney General Letitia James filed her $250 million lawsuit against Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Ivanka Trump in September 2022, alleging that they — and company executives — inflated his net worth and overvalued their assets on years’ worth of financial paperwork for the Trump Organization. New York State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron has already ruled that Trump, his two older sons, several of their top lieutenants, and various corporate organizations that make up the Trump family business committed fraud.

In court, attorneys for James’ office advised that they intend to call Donald Trump, Jr., to the stand on Wednesday, Nov. 1; Eric Trump on Thursday, Nov. 2; and Ivanka Trump on Friday, Nov. 3.

The former president is expected to testify on Monday, Nov. 6.
