A former NBA G-League has reportedly admitted to killing his ex-girlfriend’s friend after she was lured in to have “kinky sex” with them.

Chance Comanche, 27, allegedly confessed to strangling Marayna Rodgers, 23, with a USB cord, with the help of his former girlfriend, Sakari Harnden, 19, on December 6. Friends reported Rodgers missing the following day after Harnden allegedly lured her to meet up with Comanche.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police arrest warrants, obtained by NBC 3, detailed the alleged plan in which Comanche and Harnden planned to meet up for a “prostitution double date.” Both Harnden and Rodgers were prostitutes, according to court documents.

The date, however, turned out to be Comanche posing as a “trick” who promised Rodgers $1,000. Comanche ended up strangling Rodgers with an HDMI cord while Harden used her hands to help him, according to that he told investigators.

Comanche reportedly told detectives the murder happened after Rodgers threatened to “smoke” Harnden if she didn’t hand over a Rolex watch. A text message exchange, however, indicated that Comanche and Harnden allegedly killed Rodgers when they couldn’t hire a hitman for $3,000.

“I can snap her neck or just strangle the bitch,” Comanche allegedly wrote in a group message with Harnden and another man. “If you get a nice little thick piece of rope or sum sturdy I can do it from the backseat. Like how the killers do it in the movies.”

Rodgers’ boyfriend told police the murder happened because Rodgers was upset that Harnden had reportedly implicated her boyfriend in a double murder in California.

During an interview with police, Harnden admitted to meeting Rodgers for a prostitution date and verified that Comanche was in the back seat of her car. However, she claimed that she left, and Rodgers took an Uber to meet up with another man before she vanished.

Harnden was one of the people who contacted police to report Rodgers missing, but investigators contacted Uber to corroborate Harnden’s story and learned the ride never happened. Harnden also claimed that Comanche was in love with her, while Comanche claimed she was just a former girlfriend.

Following his arrest, Comanche showed police a location on a map where they left Rodgers’ body. Police later found her in a ditch, covered up with rocks.

Both Comanche and Harden are facing murder and kidnapping charges. Harnden has also been charged with theft after police found two stolen Rolex watches in her possession, according to 8 News Now.
