When planning a vacation, it definitely makes sense to invest the majority of your energy (and funds) into, you know, the actual vacationing part. You plan your activities, you book your restaurants, you plan the outfits — you’re set, right? Very, very wrong. What about the exhausting journey from your home to your seat on the plane? What about the inevitably messy hotel room you have to face in between itinerary items? There are gaps to fill here, guys!
Now, if you’re one of those voyagers who can miraculously pull off a carry-on for every trip, please know that I have a lot of respect for you. However, today, I’m going to put you on some must-haves that’ll make your travel experience a lot more luxurious while potentially making your bags a tiny bit heavier.
Of course, Amazon is our go-to girl here. She’s got quick shipping and a seemingly endless supply of fab travel accessories (tons of them are under $30, by the way). Beware: you will likely add every single one of these picks to your cart.
BlueHills Premium Soft Tall Travel Blanket, $29.95
Repeat after me: I am allowed to bring a blanket on the plane. Repeat it until you believe it because the shivering in silence stops here. This super plush option is long enough for full-body comfort and folds into a pillow, making it easy to fold up and toss in your carry-on.
WALNEW AirTag Passport Holder, $14.99
Putting all of your important travel documents in one place is nothing new, but this leather holder (that comes in lots of cute colors, by the way) has an AirTag slot that prevents the nightmare of misplacing them.
JISULIFE Handheld Fan, $16.99
Ok, let’s say you’re hot on the plane. Or on the ride from the airport to the hotel. Or, honestly, at any point on the trip. Why can’t you be the put-together person who has a mini fan? A cute one, at that?
FERYES Makeup Sponge Holder with Makeup Sponge, $11.04 (Orig. $12.99)
You could just throw your dirty Beauty Blender into your toiletry bag and risk annoying staining. Or, you could keep everything clean with this silicone cover. The choice is yours.
posee Fuzzy Memory Foam Slippers, $24.99
I saw someone change into slippers on the plane, so now we all need to change into slippers on the plane. It’s been decided. (Just keep those socks on. There’s no need to be gross.)
Mossio Hanging Toiletry Bag, $11.99
Vacations are basically synonymous with countertops covered in products. If that’s your vibe, feel free to carry on. If not, throw everything into this kind of massive toiletry bag, hang it in the bathroom, and marvel at how far you’ve come.
Universal in Flight Airplane Phone Holder Mount, $10.96 (Orig. $17.99)
Unfortunately, TVs in the back of the seat are starting to disappear. But then there’s this baby. Yup, you can watch your carefully curated selection of mid-flight content without holding your phone in your lap. They truly think of everything these days.
Guiseapue Stroller Cup Holder with Phone Holder, $9.97 (Orig. $18.99)
I swear, I almost broke out in tears when I saw this cup-holder-phone-holder combo situation. So simple, so beautiful, so perfect for attaching to a rolling carry-on.

Daily Pill Organizer, $6.97
It’s OK — my vitamin and medication routines completely derail on vacation too. I’d like to think it’s because we don’t have this very cute and very organized pill case (that is literally under $7 right now).
Morfone 16-Pack Travel Bottles Set for Toiletries, $16.95
This $17 set comes with a combo of travel-sized spray bottles, squeeze bottles and containers for your self-care products, plus scoopers for easy application and a funnel for easy filling. Oh, and labels. Labels!!
Airplane Footrest, $12.95 (Orig. $19.99)
Getting comfortable on a plane is a myth — let’s be real. But maybe it doesn’t have to be?
