This marks a significant venture for the rapper, who joins a roster of stars branching into the beauty industry. Notably, she follows in the footsteps of Beyoncé, who continues to captivate fans with her own hair-care brand, Cécred, which also unveiled new products in 2026. Cécred made its entry into the market with the release of its Foundation Collection. This initial offering comprises an array of eight products, including a Clarifying Shampoo and Scalp Scrub, Hydrating Shampoo, Moisturizing Deep Conditioner, Reconstructing Treatment Mask, Fermented Rice and Rose Protein Ritual, Moisture-Sealing Lotion, Nourishing Hair Oil, and Restoring Hair & Edge Drops. These formulations are built around a unique bioactive keratin ferment technology, specifically designed to reinforce and rejuvenate damaged hair.

As reported by Allure, a Cécred press release emphasized the brand’s commitment to addressing the specific needs of textured hair, akin to Beyoncé’s. “Throughout my life and career, I’ve styled my hair in numerous ways: natural, flat-ironed, braids, colored, weaves, wigs. I want everyone to have the freedom to express their hair in ways that make them feel good, so I started by creating the essentials for hair and scalp health,” stated the release.

Beyoncé’s hair-care line is crafted to deliver a comprehensive system for moisturizing, fortifying, and repairing hair. The pricing reflects its premium quality, yet remains accessible. Travel and single-use products are priced up to $30, while shampoos and conditioners fall within the $30 to $40 range. Treatments and masks are offered between $40 and $56, providing a range of options for consumers seeking luxury hair care.

Cardi B launched her hair-care brand, Grow-Good Beauty, in April 2026, as her debut into the beauty industry. The brand is heavily inspired by her Dominican and Bronx roots, as well as homemade recipes she previously shared with fans. Grow-Good Beauty is designed as a science-meets-cultural hair-care system that Cardi developed over several years in collaboration with cosmetic labs. It features Fiberlace, which the press release describes as “a proprietary, plant-derived hair restoration complex developed to reinforce the hair fibers,” according to People.

“When I was younger, I really used to hate my hair,” Cardi B shared to Beauty Inc., according to Black Enterprise. “Now that I’m older, I grew to love it and appreciate it. I wanted to create something that helps people feel confident about their texture.”

Cardi’s hair-care “Core Collection” is a four-step system that includes two shampoos — Wash Cycle and Wash Cycle+ — formulated to cleanse the scalp while reinforcing the hair fiber. It also includes two conditioners — Soft Serve and Soft Serve+ — designed for hydration and detangling. The collection is completed by the Get Rich Mask, a deep-conditioning treatment inspired by Cardi’s viral homemade hair masks. The Everything Serum serves as a heat protectant and anti-frizz shield.

The Wash Cycle and Wash Cycle+ shampoos are just $14.99 each, as are the conditioners. The Get Rich Mask is $19.99. And the Everything Serum is $17.99.

Which hair-care system is best?
