Over four decades since its debut, The Facts of Life continues to capture the interest of audiences and remains a topic of conversation.
Before concluding in 1988, the narrative of Edna Garrett, the boarding school housemother played by Charlotte Rae, was further explored through two made-for-TV movies. The Facts of Life Goes to Paris premiered in 1982, and The Facts of Life Down Under followed in 1987. A third installment, The Facts of Life Reunion, aired in 2001, reuniting almost the entire original cast. Unfortunately, Nancy McKeon, who portrayed Jo, could not join due to prior commitments.
